Please note:

The above schedule is subject to changes according to the reality.
All contractors and staff must wear proper uniforms or attires which are included: clothes (reflective protective vests), shoes (sport shoes) and hats during build-up and tear down periods.
Admission to hall is strictly by show of badges only and badges must be worn at all times on the exhibition floor during the build-up, exhibition, and tear down periods.
During the Opening time of Exhibition, exhibitors are not allowed to move-in and dismantle exhibits without the approval of the Organizer.
For security reasons, please safeguard your belongings and commodities closely during build-up, move-in, exhibition and tear down periods. The Organizer will not be responsible to the exhibitors for any losses caused during these periods.
The Organizer will prioritize all pre-orders and all the onsite additional orders will be late delivery.
The additional order counter will be closed at 5 PM on the last construction day.
